If you have any problems using Outdoor Equipment website or any product issues or need to ask any questions about the product, contact us directly (see contact info page for details) and we will be happy to answer any questions, fix or rectify any problems quickly with a minimum of fuss.

All product is covered by standard manufacturer's warranty.

New Zealand Consumer Guarantee Act

    "Our goods come with guarantees that can not be excluded under New Zealand Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure"

    Plain English ... if you have brought something from us and something is faulty or does not live up to normal wear and tear as would be expected we will replace or refund it and make it right. 

    The procedure for returns is:

    1. Contact us to let us know what the problem is
    2. Send the product back to us with a copy of receipt (if you don't have receipt, supply details of purchase and we will look at our sales records to verify)
    3. We will replace it, refund 💯% or give you a credit... your preference 👍
